Safety Advantage SeriesSM Titles Our Safety Advantage Series titles are not available for preview. This is done in order to keep prices as low as possible for our customers. Based on your feedback and training needs, we created the Safety Advantage Series to offer high-quality training for all budget needs. We offer our 30-day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your Safety Advantage Series purchase. Here's how it works:
1) Simply return your title (via traceable mail - USPS, UPS or FedEx).
2) We'll either credit your account (for another purchase) or send you a refund check - your choice. Shipping and handling charges can not be refunded.
Shipping
InteractiveSafety.com's online secure shopping cart automatically calculates the shipping/handling charges for your order. All products are shipped by USPS Priority or UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Any backordered items will be shipped as quickly as possible (usually within 3 business days). Cardboard video jackets are used to protect VHS tapes. CD-ROM and DVD titles are shipped in protective jewel cases. Each product is labeled on its top side and spine (VHS) with the video title, total running time and Interactive Safety's contact information.
Shipping Charges
Expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days. The shipping prices are for orders within the continental U.S. only. If you live outside of this area, we'll give you a shipping quote with your order inquiry.

From time to time, Interactive Safety, Inc. offers free UPS Ground/USPS Priority shipping on special offers or orders in the continental U.S. If free shipping on a particular product is offered, our online secure shopping cart system will automatically reduce the price of shipping from your order.

Previews – Rental – Purchase Information
- Our training products are available for a 10-day FREE preview (you pay shipping to return it). All returned previews will qualify for a $10 discount if the title is purchased or rented within 15 days of previewing.
- Our Safety AdvantageSM Series titles are not available for preview.
- Rental and purchase costs are included on each product page.
- All previews and purchases can be completed by going to the specific product page or call InteractiveSafety.com at 1.866.496.6236.
- Most of our titles are available for rental. Rentals can be ordered by calling InteractiveSafety.com at 1.866.496.6236.
What happens if I need more time to preview your videos?
We'll be happy to extend your preview time, but you must first call Interactive Safety to request an extension. Call us at 1.866.496.6236 to confirm.
Where should I send preview returns?
Simply return your preview titles via traceable delivery service, at your cost. Please include a copy of your order slip or your contact information for proper credit. Interactive Safety is not responsible for lost or damaged materials.

Non-Preview Returns
Interactive Safety, Inc. offers a limited money back guarantee for 30 days after purchase.
- Customer must pay for return shipping.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If shipped back to us after 30 days the order will NOT be credited back to your account.
- Some returns might be subject to a 25% stocking fee.
- If your safety title is damaged within 90 days of purchase (VCR eats the tape or DVD is exposed to the sun), we will work with you to replace the title. This will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and Interactive Safety reserves the right to change this policy if it is abused.
Coupons/Discounts
Only one coupon or special offer can be redeemed at any one time. These can be redeemed via the web site or phone/fax orders.
